Once you’ve decided, select your desired product and quantity.

Step 2: Add to Cart

Click the “Add to Cart” button.
You can review your selected items anytime by clicking the shopping cart icon on the top right corner of the page.
From there, you can update quantities or remove items before checkout.

Step 3: Proceed to Checkout

When you’re ready, click “Checkout”.
You’ll be asked to provide your shipping address, contact details, and preferred payment method.
Please double-check your information to ensure smooth delivery.

Step 4: Make Payment (with Stripe)

We accept secure online payments through Stripe, a trusted global payment gateway.

You can pay easily using credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), or other supported methods (eg. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Grab Pay, FPX) depending on your country.

All transactions are SSL encrypted and processed directly by Stripe — we do not store your card details.
Once payment is completed, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email with your order details.

💡For Bank Transfer (Online Banking / ATM), please select “Bank Transfer” at checkout. You’ll receive payment instructions via email after order submission.

Step 5: Order Processing

Our fulfillment team will process your order within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.
You’ll receive another email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

Step 6: Shipping & Delivery

We ship both locally and internationally via trusted courier partners.
Delivery times vary based on your location:
Local (within Malaysia): 3–5 business days
International: 7–14 business days
